Our team

Bethany joined the Pawlus Dental team in 2013. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 2013 in Dental Assisting. She has 8 years of dental experience, and her favorite part of the job is giving patients a better understanding of recommended dental treatment and making patient patients feel at ease. Bethany is married to her husband Jonathan, and has two children, Adalyn and Jaxson. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Daphne started Pawlus Dental in June of 2018. She is passionate about caring for and connecting with patients to give them an amazing dental experience. Daphne lives in North Vernon with her husband, Alex and her cats, Edi and Benny. Some of her hobbies outside of the office include going to concerts, theatre, photography and spending time with her friends and family.

America joined Pawlus Dental in June of 2022. She is our Treatment Plan Coordinator, a position that helps our patients receive the best dental experience and helps expand her dental knowledge further. She graduated from IUC in 2023 and is planning to attend IUSD in the next year. Other than dentistry, she loves spending time with her family, weightlifting, and traveling.

Kimmy graduated from the IU School of Dentistry EFDA Program in 1997, and joined Pawlus Dental in 2018. She enjoys continuing her education and being able to guide a patient through their whole dental experience. Splitting her training between front and back office allows her to be familiar with all aspects of the office. Kimmy enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and 2 daughters, as well as her horses and her husband Travis.

Dana is an expanded Functions Dental Assistant and our Clinical Director. She joined Pawlus Dental in 1999. Dana has completed extensive training in Orthodontics and sleep apnea. Dana has three beautiful children, Mikayla, Paige, and Cody. She enjoys spending time with her family, summers on the lake and a good ole' prank. Dana enjoys being able to make her patients feel at ease and putting a smile on their face.

Kristen joined the Pawlus Dental team in October of 2015 as a dental assistant. She enjoys assisting in surgeries and doing same day crowns and onlays using our Cerec machine. Kristen received her dental assisting certificates in Dental Assisting, expanded functions and Coronal Polishing in the Indianapolis area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also enjoys traveling.

Shana found the love of dentistry in 1999 as a receptionist at a small dental office. She completed an internship and graduated from Indiana School of Dentistry shortly after. Shana is married with four wonderful children and one beautiful granddaughter. Shana joined the Pawlus Dental team in early 2013. In her spare time, she spends as much time as possible with her family and enjoys visiting different beaches in the Caribbean.

Kylie is a dental assistant who enjoys interacting with patients and has a strong background in patient care. She has a son, Tristan, and enjoys cooking and culture studies. In her free time, she enjoys finding new restaurants, kayaking, and hiking. Kylie joined our team in 2021 and looks forward to forming relationships with patients and making sure they always leave with a smile.

Chelsea is the lead dental hygienist at Pawlus Dental and is a Brown County native. Her dental interest and career began in high school with the C4 Program. Chelsea graduated from IU South Bend with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012. After a year of practicing in Indianapolis, she moved to Colorado where she was able to expand in her career. Friends and family brought her back to the area where she began working at Pawlus Dental in 2016. She loves meeting new people and enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them reach their oral and overall health goals to improve their lives. Outside of dental, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband, Lucas, and their son, Dixon. She enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, boating, kayaking, traveling and going on any adventures.

Mallory graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry Dental Hygiene program in 2009. She has worked in her hometown since graduation and enjoys educating her patients on their overall health. You will find that she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease and ensures a positive dental experience. Mallory loves her career as a Dental Hygienist and considers all her patients as family. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her 6 children and husband, Patrick; They enjoy raising ducks and traveling.
